Jurisdiction
Für die Geschäftsbeziehung zwischen Rulefactory AG und dem Besteller gelten ausschliesslich die nachfolgenden Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB):

Shipping
Die Lieferung der Artikel erfolgt durch die Schweizerische Post. Pakete werden per Post Economy (B-Post) verschickt. Der Versand erfolgt nach Zahlungseingang.
Because the shipping is carried out by the four members of the Rulefactory and not a third party, the completion of an order can take a couple days.

Die Lieferzeit ab Versanddatum beträgt gemäss der Swiss Postal Services:
In die Schweiz: 2-3 Arbeitstage
EU-Raum: 5-9 Arbeitstage
Weltweit: 10-20 Arbeitstage

Shipping costs
The shipping costs are taken directly from the Swiss Post. They can vary according to weight, quantity and destination. The shipping costs can be calculated in the web shop.

Shipments in Switzerland with product value over CHF 100 are free of shipping costs.

Payment
Wir liefern gegen Vorauskasse, Bezahlung per Visa- oder Mastercard (Paypal) oder TWINT. Unsere Firma tritt auf der Kreditkartenrechnung wie folgt in Erscheinung: PAYPAL RULEFACTORY

Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time up to the time of dispatch. If payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded as soon as possible. If an order is not paid within 30 days, it will be cancelled by Rulefactory.

Right of return
The return of articles with defects or incorrect delivery is only possible after prior consultation for 14 days after receipt. Only sealed items in flawless condition can be revoked. The return shipment has to include a copy of the order confirmation.

Privacy
Your data will only be saved for the shop, the passing on to a third party is excluded. Click here for more information.

Governing Law and Juristiction
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of St.Gallen, Switzerland.

General Provisions
Printing errors, mistakes, changing in prices and technical modifications are reserved. These terms of use apply as of 5th December 2015.
