The Frantic 4th edition has arrived!
After 10 year and over 30 batches we finally modernized Frantic again – and tweaked the base game a tiny bit.
Besides the new and improved colorfoul box, we also changed the Frantic 4th Edition rulebook and completed it with a digital version Additionally, the game now holds 150 instead of 145 cards: we added 1 'Troublemaker' card in each colour so even more events get activated.
We have also replaced two event cards:
‘Finish Line’ is now ‘Lost & Found’
Let's be honest: ‘Finish Line’ and ‘Doomsday’ had almost the same effect. That's why we've replaced ‘Finish Line’ with ‘Lost & Found’; you search the discard pile for three cards that have already been played and distribute them among yourselves as you wish. Of course, you can also keep particularly good cards to yourself.

‘Time Bomb’ is now ‘Upside Down’
Although ‘Time Bomb’ enjoys a bit of cult status, it was always a bit too complicated for our taste. Who has time to count down and remember three laps? That's why we've replaced it with ‘Upside Down’; you turn the draw pile over: from now on, you can always see which cards are drawn. The pile remains upside down until the end of the round.

«Finish Line» und «Time Bomb» findest du weiterhin im digital rulebook Of course ‘Finish Line’ and ‘Time Bomb’ remain in the digital rulebook - and they can still be used as alternative rules. You can also find all card effects, special cases of all expansions and all alternative rules approved by us there!
